Cassie is an RMT who trained in her hometown of Vernon at Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy. She has gained experience through working as a Locum, moving around B.C. and working alongside different Physiotherapists and with a variety of different clientele from geriatrics to athletes. She has decided now that it’s time to be in one location for a while, to build her style of practice, and to be able to work with people all the way through their recovery process.
Cassie has taken extra training in Myofascial Release therapies, incorporating it into most of her treatments, along with modalities such as Positional Release and Trigger Point Therapy, stretching, and some muscle energy work. She finds herself always in awe of the capabilities and adaptability of the human body, and enjoys working with such a complex and ever changing organism.
Cassie herself is sport minded, maintains a healthy lifestyle, and is excited to be involved in the Okanagan lifestyle once again!
