Jinelle Chang B.Kin, MPT, IMS

Jinelle Chang B.Kin, MPT, IMS  portraitJinelle is a registered Physiotherapist working at Sun City Physiotherapy’s Lower Mission clinic.  After studying and practicing in Vancouver, she chose Kelowna to be her new home.

Jinelle completed her Masters of Physical Therapy following a Bachelor of Kinesiology at UBC. She is currently pursuing the Fellowship of Canadian Academy of Manipulative Therapy with the Orthopaedic Division. Jinelle has completed her certification in Orthopaedic Levels 1 and 2, and Kinetcore Functional Dry Needling One. She takes an active approach to rehabilitation, focusing on functional exercise, evidence based manual therapy techniques, and dry needling.

Before moving to the Okanagan, Jinelle competed in elite basketball and participated in tennis, golf, and skiing recreationally. She is excited to explore Kelowna’s lake sports and mountains. She comes from a competitive background and uses the same drive in her practice to encourage her patients to reach their goals. Jinelle has a special interest in sport injuries and pre/post surgical rehab. She loves working with young athletes and weekend warriors, and takes pride in empowering her patients through education, while encouraging them to participate in a happy and healthy lifestyle.
