Tamara enjoys working with a variety of patients (including pediatrics) and strives to build a connection with clients that allows a collaborative approach to their care. She completed her Masters of Physical Therapy program at UBC and spent many years as a fitness instructor before entering the world of physiotherapy; you will likely still catch her performing the occasional hamstring-repeater or grapevine as she moves around the Lake Country clinic.

Always a keen learner, she has pursued many post-graduate education topics, including AN-IMS (dry needling), vestibular rehabilitation (vertigo/dizziness/balance), pilates, manual therapy, and specialized exercise prescription. Notably, Tamara is currently the Okanagan’s only certified International Schroth 3-dimensional Scoliosis Therapy practitioner and is happy to be able to offer this gold standard treatment to her scoliosis and kyphosis patients.
