Tracey Hawthorn BH.Sc.P.T., B.H.Sc.Kin. Registered Physiotherapist
Tracey has been practicing physiotherapy for almost 30 years since graduating from McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario. She holds a Post Graduate Science Degree in Physiotherapy and an Undergraduate degree in Kinesiology with a major
in sports medicine.
Tracey has worked with a variety of sports teams including soccer, football, rugby and dragon boating. She worked with the Workers’ Compensation system for many years and a has vast experience of supporting those with chronic pain. She has also worked with older
adults for many years and has a strong focus in senior care and fall prevention. She has taken further courses in fostering positive mental health and incorporates this into her practice.
She is very passionate about outdoor life in the Okanagan and spends a lot of time snowboarding at Big White, dragon boating and kayaking on Okanagan Lake, and camping and golfing at many of the amazing local courses.
She has two teenage children, Nathaniel and Jordis that, like her, love living in Kelowna.
