Lance Booi RMT
Lance grew up in a small town in Ontario where he enjoyed an active lifestyle playing hockey and any other sport that didn’t conflict with the season. Ultimately, it was when injuries left him sidelined that he discovered a passion for anatomy through his rehabilitation. With the combination of the care he received in treatment, the work he put in himself, and witnessing the body’s own innate ability to heal, he was inspired to change his career path entirely to support others on their journey to wellness.
Lance graduated from Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy where he was able to gain invaluable experience treating a variety of conditions across a diverse group of clients. He believes that movement is essential to maintaining optimal tissue health and function, and empowers his clients to take an active role in their treatment. He has found great benefits to incorporating movement during massage in conjunction with a blended approach of neuromuscular therapy, myofascial and trigger point work.
As an RMT, his mission is to provide a customized treatment plan that supports clients on their unique wellness journey as they recover, maintain, and thrive while doing the activities they love most.
Outside of work he enjoys getting outdoors and staying active with his family. As a lifelong learner, he looks forward to continuing his education and strengthening his offerings within this practice.
